Don't like to work out / Find Alternative Fitness
The other day, I heard this ceo from some fitness corp, I think it was called Anytime Fitness or USFitness. I didn't have my notebook, couldn't remember the guy who said this.
He was marketing his business, and he says. "I know people are complaining that they do not like to work out, but you got to move."
Folks, it's true, you have to move. If you don't, your muscles are going to enact their revenge on you. You will grow stiff, every day simple things like getting out of bed and/or bending down to pick something you dropped is going to feel like torture.
Here is what you need to do. You got to find something that you will enjoy. And if you do not enjoy going to the fitness center and grunt like the rest of the people, then look for an alternative! Explore your options, try them out and see what brings you joy into your life.
If you find the key element to wanting to move, "joy," then you will stick to it.
It took me nearly 37 years to find Nia and PilatesFit, but now I am moving and I can get out of bed without doing the Frankenstein walk.
So, you want to be happy in your body, get searching!
